From humble beginnings more than 60 years ago, Baptist Village Communities has grown to serve more than 2,300 people every day. We serve senior adults ages 55+ in our 11 Village locations across Oklahoma and through Entrusted Hearts Home Care by Baptist Village.

Personalized Home Health and Medical Equipment
Entrusted Hearts Home Care by Baptist Village licensed home health agency and medical equipment company. Our team is available to assist you or a loved one in reaching and maintaining the highest possible level of independence in the comfort of wherever you call home.
We understand a little extra help is needed. We offer in-home care, medical equipment, and case management services to help make your life easier. Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and tailored to meet individual needs.
Financial Assistance
We understand it’s impossible to accurately predict a person’s lifespan and the amount of money that will be needed to live in a safe, secure environment. We know that sometimes, a little extra help is needed. Baptist Village offers the Larry and Edwine Adams Assistance Fund, a resource available to Baptist Village residents to help meet essential living needs.
