Residential Living
You will find the perfect retirement home in our neighborhood of 255 ground level homes and apartments. Floor plans range in size and styles, including an approximately 1250 sq. ft. two bedroom home or an easy-to-manage approximately 575 sq. ft. one bedroom apartment. Porter Assisted Living
Porter Assisted Living Center offers helping hands and support. We provide 24-hour oversight and assistance with personal care such as dressing and bathing. Laundry, housekeeping, medication administration, fun activities and all meals are included in the monthly service fee. Assisted living suites are private and have a living room, bedroom, bathroom, dinning area and a kitchenette with full size refrigerator. The many amenities and services make assisted living a popular choice for residents and their families. Many people comment that assisted living greatly improves their quality of life and helps them stay healthier and active longer.

TB Lackey Health Care Center and Memory Care
The individuality of each resident is highly valued. We strive to maintain a feeling of family, and offer home-like decorated living space with ample room for personal belongings. Residents and staff have mutual respect for one another as we respond to changing physical and emotional needs. We desire a consistent ongoing line of communication with residents and their families. Whether a resident simply needs assistance with daily activities, or requires more intensive medical or nursing care, T.B. Lackey Health Care Center has medical professionals to help. We try to reflect a Person-Centered Care philosophy in every aspect of our association with residents.
Memory Care
Our Memory Care Center is the answer to the unique needs of people suffering from Alzheimer’s and other memory-related diseases. This unit features a private dining room, cozy sunroom, and a courtyard. Our trained staff patiently provides redirection and cueing in a calm and comforting environment. Daily group and individual activities are designed just for this special population.
