Baptist Home Care provides health care services to patients in the comfort of their own home. Baptist Home Care is a Medicare and Medicaid certified home health agency that provides caring, high quality service through a comprehensive multidisciplinary team. We provide quality health care services under the direction of your physician or case manager in the comfort of your home. Services are coordinated with the individual’s physical, psychological and spiritual needs in mind. Our goal is to work with your physician to assist you in maintaining the highest possible level of independence.

Payment

Baptist Home Care and Baptist Care Private Services will file Medicare, Medicaid, Advantage Program, DHS and most private insurance claims for you. Private pay services are also available.
